This picture was taken of David Hayward, Resident Conductor and Brian Easterbrook, Band Secretary meeting the Princess Royal, Princess Anne at Waterloo Station. The occasion was a charity “Express for Children” organised by the Children’s Society and promoted with the co-operation of South West Trains and Stagecoach plc.
