Woodfalls Band is a contesting brass band based in Woodfalls, Salisbury, Wiltshire. We are a registered charity number 1179252

  • You subscribe to our newsletter
  • You contact us
  • You become a sponsor of the band or make a donation
  • You purchase tickets or any other Woodfalls Band merchandise

  • We may use your email address to contact you about band news or upcoming events
  • We may also use your contact details to send you any items you have bought from us

Your information may also be disclosed to organisations who:

  • Provide web, email and social media services to us

We will not share your personal data with any other organisation without your explicit consent.

We may also disclose information to investigating authorities such as the police and customs and excise, or if required to do so by law.

What are your rights?

You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation Act 2018, at no cost. Again, please use the ‘contact us’ function, and we will respond within 30 days.

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will retain your contact details until you tell us that you no longer wish to hear from us. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the newsletter email. When you ask us to stop contacting you, we will delete your contact details within one working week.

If you make an inquiry regarding the band’s availability for a particular event, we will retain your contact details indefinitely in order to facilitate communication. We will then keep these details for a further year unless you tell us not to, in which case we will delete your contact details within one working week.
